¢Ð) RMA Claim Procedures and Requirements |
- Please fax or e-mail us after completing the RMA form.
- Please be aware that this form needs to be filled clearly, completely and correctly before we can process your request.
- Our RMA department will release RMA number after we review the RMA form.
- Please forward the defective product(s) with the RMA request form ( including reference number) to our RMA department. Please indicate RMA number on all external documents as well as the external box.
- Please forward the defective product(s) to us within 2 weeks upon receiving authorized RMA number from us. The RMA number will expire after 2 weeks. Once it is expired it will be necessary to obtain a new reference number.
- The free repair service covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use during the warranty period commencing from the date of purchase.
- Please return the defective product(s) with fright prepaid and insured to Veritech.
- Please note that inland shipping charge from Airport to Veritech shall be included in customers prepaid freight expenses.
- Veritech will cover the freight charges for the product(s) back to the customer.
- NTF RMA product(s) over 3% will be charged a service fee.
- Please sort out and bundle all same items together when sending RMA back to Veritech. (ie. All DDR bundle together, all DDR2 bundle together).
¢Ñ) Limitation of Liability |

Veritech shall in no event be liable to buyers or any third party for any consequential, indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business investment, loss of goodwill, and/or interference with business relationships. Veritech shall not be liable in the event that its products cause any damage or failure of other equipment. |
