| VeriTech Industrial Ltd. warrants that
its products are free from defects in material and
workmanship. This warranty does not cover any damage
that results from accident, misuse, natural or personal
disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair
or modification. |

| ¢Ï) Duration
of Warranty |
| |
| |
Lifetime Warranty :
VeriTech Memory Modules including DDRII, DDR and
SDRAM are all covered by this warranty. |

| |
Three-Year Warranty : VeriTech
Pen Drive including TinyDisk Type I and TinyDisk
Type II are both covered by this warranty for a
period of three years from the date of purchase.

| |
One-Year Warranty : VeriTech
Flash Cards, Card Reader and MP3 series are both
covered by this warranty for one year from the date
of purchase. |

| ¢Ð) Warranty
Claim Procedures and Requirements |

| |
To obtain warranty service to VeriTech, please
return the defective products with freight-prepaid
and insured . The returned
items must be properly packaged to prevent damage
during transit. The product identification information,
including model number, serial number, a detailed
description of the problem, and the original purchase
invoice (proof of the date as evidence that the returned
product is within the applicable warranty period)
are all necessary. |

Please return the product directly to VeriTech
after obtaining a RMA (Return Material Authorization)
number. There are several ways to obtain the RMA
number: |

¢°)By E-mail : This is the best
way of obtaining the RMA number. Please download the
RMA request form from Veritech website ( http://www.veritech.com.tw
). Fill the RMA form and mail us the RMA form
enclosed with the VeriTech invoice number to rma@veritech.com.tw.

¢±)By Fax : Fax your request using
VeriTech RMA request form (available from VeriTech
website) to +886-2-2627-4568. VeriTech RMA team will
get back to you promptly by email (or fax) to give
you an RMA number for returning the goods |

| |
When returning the product to us, please do write
the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Products should arrive at VeriTech within 10 days
of the date we issued the RMA number. |

| ¢Ñ) Limitation
of Liability |
| |
| |
VeriTech shall in no event be liable to buyers
or any third party for any consequential, indirect
or incidental damages, including but not limited
to loss of profits, loss of business investment,
loss of goodwill, and/or interference with business
relationships. VeriTech shall not be liable in the
event that its products cause any damage or failure
of other equipment. |
